As is our tradition, during the first week of Great Lent we will have services every evening. Beginning on Monday, February 19, we will serve Great Compline, with successive sections of the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete, at 6:30 each evening, and continuing through Thursday evening. On Wednesday evening we will first serve a Liturgy of the Pre-Sanctified Gifts.

In the remaining days leading up to Christmas, here is our service schedule:

December 17, 10:00 a.m.:  Divine Liturgy for the Sunday of the Forefathers, Commemoration of the Prophet Daniel and the Three Holy Youths.

December 20, 6:00 p.m.:  Molieben for the sick, follo

St. Nicholas Orthodox Church of Murphy will celebrate it's patronal feast day of St. Nicholas during the weekend of December 9 and 10. We will serve Great Vespers for the Feast on Saturday evening, December 9, at 5:00 p.m. At 10:00 am on Sunday, December 10, we will serve Divine Liturgy for the Feast, followed by a shared meal.
